Outpatient program seeks to achieve the following specific objectives
It is our philosophy to assist persons with developing and enhancing current skills that facilitate adjustment and integration within their living environment and community. Members are empowered and encouraged to make decisions about their care to increase their quality of life.
Participants in the outpatient program or adults 18 through 99 years of age. All individuals meeting admission criteria receive services. Members who wish to return for additional services may do so as long as they meet admission criteria.

The overall goal of the SonderCare Outpatient Program is to increase the quality of life for our members through the provision of mental health services.
Our Intensive Outpatient Program meets Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.. The IIOP Program at SonderCare consists of three weekly sessions for 12 weeks totaling 36 sessions.
SonderCare BHS offers individual and group therapy services to address multiple issues including, but not limited to Trauma/PTSD, Substance Abuse and Relapse Prevention, Healthy Relationships, Parenting, Anger Management, Depression, Anxiety, and Grief & Loss.
